With over 20 years of professional experience and a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, I specialize in a results-oriented approach that helps my patients look and feel their best—from the inside out. My journey began as a young woman drawn to the art and study of traditional midwifery, supporting women as a birth doula and studying the sacred rhythms of pregnancy and birth. A few years into that path, I became a mother myself. As I shifted into the season of raising my own children, I rerouted my professional focus toward therapeutic massage and holistic esthetics—work that allowed me to stay close to healing while honoring motherhood.
After the birth of my third son, life guided me even deeper. I was called to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture—a field that immediately felt like home. It brought together everything I had explored and loved: birth support, bodywork, energy medicine, herbal medicine, skincare, and a reverence for the body’s innate wisdom.
